Colpetzer Process Services serves evasive and hard-to-serve subjects across Nebraska, including Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Columbus, Grand Island, Beatrice, and the rural counties in between, as well as Council Bluffs and western Iowa, northern Kansas, and southern South Dakota. When a defendant, witness, or respondent is avoiding service, we vary our attempts by time of day and day of the week, locate and verify additional addresses, and record every attempt with body-worn camera footage and GPS- and time-stamped photos.
We’re a two-server team by design. While one of us is in the field, the other is researching in real time. And when a subject has learned to recognize Trever’s face or vehicle, Autumn can make the next attempt as a fresh face. Some subjects, especially women, are simply more willing to open the door to a female server.
If service still can’t be completed, we provide a sworn Affidavit of Due Diligence documenting each attempt, which attorneys can use to support a motion for alternative service.
